Mini MBA Program
A comprehensive business focused program
Overview
Our Mini MBA Program is a highly intensive four-and-a-half month program, taking you through key business areas that you need to know to effectively manage a business. This is a comprehensive business administration-focused curriculum, including rigorous coursework, experiential learning, and business-based case studies.
Objective
Following completion of this program, participants will come away with a strong foundation of business skills in all major areas. We also expect some participants to use the knowledge from this program to go on to complete a fully-fledged MBA at Alfaisal University, where they will be able to capitalize on the skills developed in this program.

This program is made up of eight modules which cover the following areas:

Who is this program for?
This program is designed for business professionals with an experience of at least three years in industry, and a basic understanding of finance and accounting.
How is the program delivered?
The Mini MBA is a highly intensive 4.5 month interactive program. Classes take place on a five-day module (Sunday–Thursday) of each week, from 6:00pm–9:00pm.
What certification will I receive?
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion from Alfaisal University's Center of Executive Education & Development.
Will I receive a transcript of records after successfully completing the program?
Yes. Each participant who successfully completes the program will receive an official score report, signed and stamped by the College of Business at Alfaisal University.
