The Program Management Accelerator program is a preparatory program and is therefore intended for individuals planning to take the PMP® exam within 6 months of completing this program. There are no degree or certificate requirements to take this program, nor do we require any advanced training from our participants.

The Program Management Accelerator – PMP® Readiness Track is more than a traditional PMP® preparation program. It is designed to help participants prepare for the certification exam while building practical project management skills they can apply in real workplace settings.

Hossam Al-Wazzan, MBA, PMP®, MSP, SIP

Project Management Professional (PMP) Program Instructor

Hossam is a Project Management and Transformation Consultant specializing in PMO establishment, methodology development, and organizational change. A recognized professional trainer, he has delivered over 50 programs across the MENA region. Hossam holds an MBA and multiple certifications including PMP, PMI-RMP, and SIP. He has played a pivotal role in Vision 2030 initiatives, managing programs for NIDLP and the Quality of Life Program. Notably, he served at the National Center for Performance Measurement (ADAA), where he monitored National Transformation Program initiatives following ADAA and EXPRO standards.

Program Overview

This program is fully aligned with the official Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP®) curriculum and prepares participants to confidently sit the PMP® exam. Participants will come away from this program with the skills to tackle project management, interpersonal conflicts, mentoring, budgeting, and compliance issues in the workplace.

Please note that this program does not include the PMP® exam; it only prepares participants to take it. You will have to register for this exam directly with PMI, not Alfaisal University.

Getting Started

Enrolling onto one of our programs is a simple, three-step process:
1. Complete the online registration form
2. Submit the required documents and pay the application fee
3. Receive your acceptance notification and confirm your enrollment

Program Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If the Executive Education & Development Office cancels a program for reasons beyond its control, participants will receive a full refund of their paid fees.
A minimum of two weeks' notice (or as applicable) will be provided to applicants.

Refund Policy:

Full or partial refunds will be provided, subject to minimum cancellation deadlines, as shown below:

Full Refund: If the cancellation request is sent via email to the Executive Education Office (exec.ed@alfaisal.edu) no later than two weeks (14 days) before the program's scheduled start date.

Partial Refund: If the cancellation request is sent to the above email address no later than 10 days before the program's scheduled start date, a 75% refund will be provided.

No Refund: If the cancellation request is sent with fewer than 10 days' notice before the program start date, or after the program has started, there will be no refund.

If the participant does not attend part or all of the program training, there will be no refund.
